For one denomination at a time, a loose-note counter such as the Model 111 (₹8,500) is enough. For mixed cash, choose a mixed-value counter such as the Model 6700 (₹18,500). For foreign currency or serial numbers, choose a dual-CIS machine such as the Model 9100 or 9200. Banks that need sorted notes should look at the Model 9500 note sorter.

Real Group machines start at ₹8,500 (Model 111). Mixed-value counters cost ₹16,000 to ₹18,500, dual-CIS counters ₹35,000 to ₹38,000, bundle counters ₹16,500 to ₹28,500 and the Model 9500 sorter ₹65,000. Prices are shown on every product page.

No machine can promise to catch every counterfeit, but more sensors mean better detection. UV and MG catch many fakes; adding MT and IR checks more features, and dual-CIS machines compare an image of each note. Check suspicious notes by hand using the RBI security features.

UV checks how the note reacts to ultraviolet light, MG checks magnetic ink, MT checks the magnetic security thread and IR checks features visible under infrared light. Each catches different kinds of counterfeits, so machines with all four are more reliable.

For a few documents a day, a cross-cut shredder such as the Model 0803 or 512 is enough. For confidential records choose a P-5 micro-cut model (0820 or 1020). For large piles, the Model 412 auto-feeds 300 sheets.

These are security levels under the DIN 66399 standard. Higher numbers mean smaller particles: P-3 suits internal documents, P-4 sensitive records and P-5 confidential data such as accounts and HR files.
